General Information

All international orders are shipped with FedEx.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination city and country and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 4 to 10 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier logistics, or events beyond our control.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, all import duties, customs duties, tariffs, VAT, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, non-delivery, or the return of the shipment. Palmacea is not responsible for any additional costs, delays, or losses resulting from unpaid duties or taxes.

Delivery Guarantee

FedEx is responsible for the secure delivery of your order within the estimated timeframes.

In the event your order cannot be delivered within 30 calendar days (excluding delays caused by customs clearance, unpaid duties or taxes, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer), you may request the cancellation of the transaction and a full refund of the purchase price.

Once your request is received, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
