Refund policy
1) Scope
This policy applies to purchases made through Palmacea’s official channels. These terms operate in addition to any non-waivable consumer rights granted by the laws of your country or state.
2) General Conditions

Product condition: To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and hygienic liners intact. Items that show signs of use, washing, or alterations will not be accepted.

Inspection required: No refund or replacement will be processed until the returned item has been physically received and inspected by our quality control team.
3) Exchanges

If the exchange is requested due to a manufacturing or quality issue, Palmacea will cover the cost of shipping both ways.

If the exchange is requested for reasons not related to quality (e.g., size, style, or preference), the customer must arrange and pay for the return shipping through the carrier of their choice. Palmacea is not responsible for the effectiveness, delays, or loss of shipments arranged directly by the customer.

Replacement items will only be shipped once the original item has been received and approved by our quality control team.

4) Returns for Refund

If the return is due to a manufacturing or quality issue, Palmacea will cover the shipping costs.

If the return is for reasons not related to quality, the customer must cover the shipping costs to return the product.

Refunds are issued through the original method of payment only.

No refunds will be processed until the returned item has been received and approved by our quality control team.

Our quality control team will review your case. If the issue qualifies as a quality defect, Palmacea will provide instructions and cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
